Ricardo Bottas

Ricardo Bottas is executive president of SulAmérica. With 25 years of experience in
management, controllership, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, the executive built his
career in public companies in the Energy and Insurance sectors. is graduated in
Business Administration from the University of Salvador (UNIFACS), with an MBA in
Corporate Finance by IBMEC-RJ. At SulAmérica since 2015, he served as director
and, as of 2017, as vice president of Control, Relations with
Investors, Projects and Strategy. Participated in major M&A moves in
SulAmérica, such as the sale of the Auto and Massified operations, the acquisition of
companies Prodent and Paraná Clínicas, in addition to negotiations and purchase of stakes in
Órama investment platform and Docway (startup focused on telemedicine). In
March 2021, he assumed the position of CEO of SulAmérica, with the challenge of leading the
company in delivering Integral Health to society.
