Adiel Avelar has been president of Copart Brasil since 2011. The executive has accumulated

parts maker Delphi and automaker General Motors.
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from Centro Universitário FEI, studied e-commerce
from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing), he has an MBA in marketing and
international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (Arizona, USA) and
specializations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and IMD Business School (Lausanne,
Switzerland).
