Ricardo Iglesias Teixeira

Ricardo José Iglesias Teixeira, a Civil Engineer graduated from UFPR, began his career in the insurance sector in 1980. He has been a partner and director of Extramed Administração e Serviços de Saúde since 1999. As one of the founding shareholders, since 2004, he is CEO – president and director of Centauro-ON Vida e Previdência S/A – an insurance company specializing in life insurance, which today is a joint venture between Grupo Brasileiro Extraseg and Ohio National, a century-old North American insurance company headquartered in Cincinnati-Ohio, and which today has over 40 billion dollars under its management. He is also on the board of FENAPREVI – National Federation of Private Life and Pension Companies since 2013.
