Dyogo Oliveira, President of the NATIONAL CONFEDERATION OF SEGURADORAS – CNseg, is an economist and holds a master’s degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Brasília (UNB). He holds an MBA in International Negotiations and Exchange from FGV and a specialization in Public Policy and Government Management from the National School of Public Administration (ENAP).
In the last 20 years, he has held important positions in the Federal Public Administration, with emphasis on: Minister of Planning, Development and Management; President of BNDES; Executive Secretary of the Ministries of Finance and Planning; as well as Deputy Secretary for Economic Policy (Ministry of Finance).
Also in the government sphere, he was a member of the National Council of Private Insurance (CNSP) and of the National Council of Complementary Pensions (CNPC).
Dyogo Oliveira was responsible for formulating and implementing structuring actions in the economic area, including (i) establishing a ceiling for Federal Government spending; (ii) pension and tax reforms; (iii) the release of FGTS and PIS/PASEP withdrawals; (iv) the creation of the PAC (Growth Acceleration Program); (v) “Minha Casa, Minha Vida”; (vi) taxation of profits of companies abroad and (vii) the privatization of IRB Brasil-RE.
Between 2019 and 2022 he was President of the National Association of Airport Management Companies – ANEAA, where he worked in the implementation of the concession program for Brazilian airports. In the same period, he was a member of the board of directors of large business groups, especially in the finance and technology sectors.
